Cleaning and polishing \u2013 removing soft plaque and hard tartar using ultrasonic instruments, followed by polishing the teeth with a rubber cup or brush and polishing paste.Teeth sandblasting \u2013 using pressurised calcium carbonate powder and water to remove soft dental plaque and surface stains from the teeth. Surface discolouration can be caused by smoking, poor oral hygiene, certain medications and vitamins (iron), pigmentation of food and drinks (coffee, red wine, black tea…). Teeth sandblasting is recommended no more than twice a year.Advice and monitoring \u2013 individual instructions for proper oral hygiene with the help of high-quality tools and instructions for continued and proper oral hygiene at home \u2013 also for patients with fixed braces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
