First Consultation

Start of Treatment: Accurate Assessment of the State of Your Teeth
Before fitting any dental appliance, we’ll photograph the initial condition of your teeth and use an intraoral scanner to create 3D models of your oral cavity. Intraoral scanning, which replaces traditional dental impressions, is also significantly more comfortable for the patient.
Fitting the Braces
The next time you visit, you’ll receive braces that have been made just for you. You will learn about the specifics of the process, rules of good dental hygiene, and suggestions on how to care for your braces. Regular reviews and progress monitoring
Regular check-ups are tailored to the course of your treatment, usually every 4 to 6 weeks. If necessary, we will take additional photographs and X-rays during the treatment to more closely monitor the progress of your orthodontic treatment. If you choose an appliance that also allows remote monitoring (via a mobile scanner), you will be able to perform many of the check-ups from home.

During the course of your orthodontic treatment, you will be able to take advantage of our office's many support services, such as oral hygiene, braces, or teeth whitening. All of these services are designed to help you get your oral cavity back to ideal condition as quickly and comfortably as possible.
End of Treatment
Once you and your orthodontist are satisfied with the new alignment of your teeth, it’s time to congratulate yourself. After completing your treatment, you will receive a retention aligner to wear at night, helping maintain the new alignment of your teeth.
Long-Term Monitoring
To ensure that the effects of treatment are as long-lasting as possible, we recommend at least two additional preventive check-ups – 9 months and 2 years after the end of treatment. These check-ups allow us to confirm your teeth are still aligned as desired and to apply any necessary measures to maintain that alignment.
