X-Rays – Quick and Convenient High-Quality imaging

An X-ray image reveals the deeper structures of the teeth, bones, jaw, and skull. This allows us to detect abnormalities, deviations, or significant changes that might otherwise be overlooked. A high-quality image is essential for effective orthodontic treatment and will also be of help to your personal dentist.

We are a modern private orthodontic centre where the latest technology ensures minimal radiation levels and high-quality images in just a few minutes.

We can also send images electronically to your dentist.

We are a clinic that puts the quality of treatment first—our head orthodontist, Gregor Može, together with his dedicated team, ensures that you have access to the most optimal treatment plan.

We offer the following types of dental X-rays

Orthopantomogram (OPG)—Panoramic X-ray

A panoramic two-dimensional image of the lower part of the face is called an orthopantomogram (OPG). It allows us to observe both jaw joints, both sinuses, the nasal cavity, and the upper and lower jaws along with their teeth.

Cephalometric X-ray

A cephalometric X-ray provides a side-view image of the entire head. It is used by orthodontists to determine the relationships between hard and soft tissues, making it very important for diagnosing and planning orthodontic treatment, as it can reveal potential morphological irregularities.

CBCT

Modern 3D technology enables a comprehensive X-ray image of the teeth, jaw, and sinuses. Due to its high spatial resolution, it provides the most accurate diagnostics.

What Are X-Ray Images For?

  • assessing the condition of teeth and bone structures as an initial diagnostic tool
